Comments/Wishes/Complaints about the services of the Library of Science

Cannot find books or journals in the collection?
Are you unable to access the full texts of a journal? 
Do you have any questions about the Web of Science or SciFinder? 
Below is a form that you can fill in for these and other comments you may have. The library staff will provide answers as soon as possible.

  • Are you having technical problems in consulting catalogues and information databases?
  • Describe the problem in detail and (preferably) include an example of the error report.
  • Mention the location of the computer.
  • Indicate whether you have previously consulted the information on the computer in question.
  • With which operating system do you work?
  • Also indicate whether the system is accessible to examine and resolve the problem on the spot.
