New e-books for mathematics
The Library of Science has acquired a large package of e-books from the Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics. They are (digitized) books from 1971 to the present, accessible through RUQuest. You can download them in full or by chapter as PDFs.
You can find the books with this search in RUQuest. The red button view e-book will take you to the appropriate website of the publisher, where you can download the book directly.
If you want to refer to this book, for example in teaching materials, it is best to use a proxy link, so that students can also consult the book at home. A proxy link is created by putting the proxy prefix ( https://ru.idm.oclc.org/login?Url= ) in front of the link. So for instance: https://ru.idm.oclc.org/login?Url=https://doi.org/10.4324/9781003029335.
