Maximum OA annual quotum for Springer Nature reached
The 2021 quotum for publishing in open access without additional costs that the VSNU consortium has agreed with publishers Springer Nature has been reached. Until the end of 2021, corresponding authors from Radboud University and Radboudumc can only publish open access in the journals of these publishers when it is paid for.
When you choose to publish in open access from now until January 1, 2022, the Article Processing Charge (APC), which you then pay for publishing in open access, are for the account of the research group. Researchers to whom this will apply will receive a personal message about this by e-mail.
If the research funder allows, you can choose to publish in the traditional closed access manner. You can make a choice on the Springer Nature website.
Open access after 6 months
If you choose for closed access, you can consider participating in the project 'You share, we take care!
