Master programme

Mathematics opens the door to a wide range of career paths: from research in mathematics through to working in biology, climate change or finance. In all walks of life analytical skills are in high demand. Our master program offers a large selection of courses and allows you to specialize according to your interests.

You can either choose one of the six master tracks in Mathematics, including interdisciplinary synergy tracks:

  • Mathematics
    -  Pure Mathematics
    -  Applied Mathematics
    -  Mathematical Physics
    -  Mathematics of Computer Science (synergy track)
    -  Mathematics and Data Science (synergy track)
    -  Gravity+ (synergy track)

Or opt for combining mathematics with one of the three societal specialisations:

  • Science, Management and Innovation
  • Science in Society
  • Science and Education
