BDO M&A

BDO M&A has been the market leader in the field of transaction support in medium-sized and family businesses for many years. With an experienced and multidisciplinary team, we assist more than 150 clients annually with issues related to acquisitions, valuations and financing.
Thanks to our international network, our transactions regularly have both a national and an international character.

BDO's M&A Practice consists of over 70 driven professionals and includes the departments Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Valuation and Transaction Advisory Services. The department consists of young, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial colleagues who together form a close-knit team and encourage each other to think out-of-the-box and get the most out of themselves.

Our Corporate Finance team is located in Utrecht, Eindhoven, Amsterdam and Rotterdam/The Hague. Our Transaction Advisory Services team is based in Utrecht. However, we take a flexible approach to workplaces. Within BDO M&A we work in a hybrid way - in addition to working at one of our offices, regularly working from home or at one of the other BDO offices in the region is no problem at all.

We work hard at BDO, but we keep an eye on the balance between work, study and private life. At BDO we also pay a lot of attention to talent management. We help you develop and make optimal use of your personal talents and skills. You are in control so that you can do what you do best.
