English Proficiency

If you are not an English native speaker, you have to prove your level of proficiency, by submitting one of the following documents together with your application forms.

Accepted Proofs of English
B2 C1

TOEFL iBT test certificate with a score of at least 80 points 
not older than two years).

TOEFL iBT test certificate with a score of at least 90 points (sub scores: min. 22).
Not older than two years.

IELTS test certificate with a score of at least 6.0 - not older than two years IELTS test certificate with a score of at least 6.5 (sub scores: min. 6.0, writing sub score: min. 6.5).
Not older than two years

Cambridge First Certificate in English (minimum level B2):
First (FCE) - Grade C (score 169 or higher); or
C1 Advanced / CAE (overall score 169 or higher); or C2 Proficiency / CPE.
Not older than five years

Cambridge First Certificate in English (minimum level C1):
B2 First (FCE) - Grade A; or
C1 Advanced (CAE) - Grade C or higher; or C2 Proficiency / CPE.
Not older than five years

TOEIC:
‘Speaking and Writing': 290 points ‘Listening and Reading': 670 points
Not older than two years

TOEIC:
‘Speaking and Writing': 310 points.
‘Listening and Reading': 720 points
Not older than two years

ONLY FOR EU/EEA Students: Home University English language courses certificate
