Research Day 2022 IMR Academy & Doctoral School

The IMR Academy and Doctoral School are happy to announce this year’s annual Research Day at our faculty that will be held on Thursday 16 June. We are planning for a completely on Campus Research Day (all day event- with lunch and drinks).

The theme of the programme is ‘Organising for Societal Challenges’. The keynote presentation will be given by Juliane Reinecke, Professor of International Management & Sustainability at King’s Business School, King’s College London. Juliane’s research explores how transnational governance institutions emerge and evolve, especially in light of more just and sustainable forms of globalisation in global supply chains, but also relating to organisations in general. She draws on insights from organisation theory, political philosophy and process studies and has conducted extensive fieldwork on social movements in different settings. She will present her research on ‘Institution building for collective action – The Bangladesh Accord.’

Next to this, our PhD researchers will present their work and you can again attend workshops on a variety of topics. We hope to see you all at this faculty-wide event!

Kind regards,

Mark Wiering, Kristina Lauche, Daan van Bel
Deadline for registration is Friday 10 June 2022.
