Data ceremonies
Please note, the dates below are subject to change.
Below an overview of graduation dates and deadlines for submitting diploma applications forms can be found. The Central Student Desk (centralstudentdesk@ru.nl or (0031) (0) 24 361 23 45) co-decides with your Examination Board the date of the graduation ceremony. If you are not able to attend the ceremony, contact the studentadministration of your study programme if you can attend the next ceremony. If you are not able to attend the ceremony at all, send a request to the Examination Board of your study programme to get your diploma at the desk. In your request, describe the reason of your absence.
Note: diploma application forms should be filled in and sent before the deadline in order to graduate on the graduation date.
