Request a certified letter or document
When you need a certified letter or document (e.g. for your internship, your studies at another university, or a job application), you can request these letters and documents by using the forms below.
Please note: for a hardcopy version of your diploma, please contact the Central Student Desk at centralstudentdesk@ru.nl.
You can request the following certified letters or documents:
- Certified list of grades
- Completion of a Bachelor's or (pre-)Master's programme
- Expected completion of a Bachelor's or (pre-)Master's programme
- Declaration of enrolment
- Declaration of an entirely English-taught programme
- A declaration of previous enrolment can be provided by the Central Student Desk (centralstudentdesk@ru.nl or (0031) (0) 24 361 23 45)
