How can I register for the study programme of my choice?
You can register on Studielink. You will receive an invitation to finish your enrolment request in OSIRIS Application within two days. If you have any questions about this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my programme start?
All study programmes have the same start date: 1 September. It is not possible to register for a new study programme on a different date.
Can I also register if I am not yet sure which study programme I want to follow?
Yes, you can; you can always withdraw your registration in Studielink without stating a reason. Please ensure you do this before 1 September. If you have any questions about this, you can contact the Student Information Desk.
How do I know whether I am eligible for admission to a study programme at the Nijmegen School of Management?
You can find the requirements for each study programme on the website. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for admission, it is best to apply via Studielink. Your application will be processed and you will receive an admission decision as soon as possible.
I have not yet completed my study programme. Will I be able to register before 1 July?
You do not need to have completed your prior education before registering. You can be admitted conditionally. If you meet all the admission requirements of your chosen study programme on 15 August this year, you will be admitted unconditionally. You can apply for the next academic year from 1 October
I have been admitted. When will I hear more about orientation?

Please read your admission decision carefully. It will not only state your examination programme, but also what you must do to finalise your enrolment.
I have already registered in Studielink for a study programme at the Nijmegen School of Management, and I have entered my payment information for the tuition fees, but I have not received anything from the university. When will I be contacted and when can I continue my registration?
It may take some time before your registration from Studielink is visible in our system and you receive confirmation from Studielink or from Radboud University that the application has been received and is being processed. If you have registered before 15 August, your registration will be processed.
When will I receive access to my Radboud University account?
You will receive access to your Radboud University account once you satisfy all admission requirements and you have paid the tuition fees. Please contact the Student Information Desk for more information.
I will only receive my diploma after 31 August: does this impact my enrolment?
The examination date of your diploma (or the examination date of your certificate) must be before 1 September. It is not a problem if your diploma or certificate request is only administratively processed after 1 September.
Please note: some institutes (such as Radboud University) require you to submit a diploma request yourself after completing all courses that are part of your study programme.
If I am registered for two study programmes, do I have to pay tuition fees twice?
You only have to pay the statutory tuition fees once. You can arrange this by paying tuition fees at one of the institutes where you are registered and submitting a Proof of Tuition Fee Payment (Bewijs Betaald Collegegeld) at the other institute. If you are doing two different study programmes at Radboud University, then you do not need to supply a BBC as this will be automatically arranged for you.
