Calculation tool for unweighted average bachelor’s grade
Download and complete the form below to calculate your average weighted grade for the last two years of your bachelor’s programme. After calculating your average grade, save the file as a PDF. Then return to the registration environment in Osiris and upload your PDF file.
Please note the following:
- Haven't finished your study programme yet and are you waiting for grades? Please enter the courses that you completed in the last two years of your programme as well as the courses you still have to complete in the calculator in advance. Only leave the boxes with missing grades blank (do enter courses and the course credits that you still have to receive). When you receive your diploma, please recalculate your unweighted average.
- Follow the order of your list of grades as much as possible while using the calculator.
- Do not abbreviate course names too much and do not translate them from Dutch to English or vice versa.
- Enter the grades of every mandatory course of the last 2 years (=120EC) of the curriculum of your prior education. These are the grades for which you receive course credits. Partial grades that do not have course credits attributed to them on your certified grade list can be left out.
- Do not enter a number grade if you received a non-numeric grade for a course (e.g. pass/fail/good). Copy the assessment into the Excel sheet. If a course was graded with a pass/fail/good, it will not be counted towards the unweighted average. However, it is important that these courses and their assessments are included in the calculation tool.
- Use commas (7,2) instead of points (7.2).
