Requests for the Examining Board

Below is a list of questions you have to fill out in order to make a request to the Examining Board.

The Examining Board always sends emails to students of Radboud University to their student email address (ending with @ru.nl). In case you don't have a Radboud University email address (yet), please check the junk email folder or the spam folder regularly.

Fields marked with  * are mandatory.
Uw gegevens
  • Describe your request as clear and brief as possible.
  • Underpin your request by explicitly referring to the Education and Examination Regulations or on the course guide (if needed attach the course guide).
  • Describe also your provable personal special circumstances and add pieces of evidence, and/or provide name, address, tel. nr. And eMail address of persons who could confirm this.
  • Only for current GPE students: Describe point of view of related lecturer or thesis supervisor.
  • Only for current GPE students: Describe point of view of Study Advisor.
  • In case of requests concerning elective courses offered at other educational programmes also provide a description of the respective course and a link to the webpage providing this description.
  • If you have to add certified paper documents, you can send them by post to the Examining Board, c/o Jol Beset, P.O. 9108, 6500 HK Nijmegen, NL.
