Electives within the Political Science programme

The Political Science programme offers electives that can be taken by both students of this programme and other students. CICAM offers various electives such as ''Legitimation of Security Policy'', ''Negotiation and Peacemaking'' and ''Terrorism: Image and Reality''. Please note that you cannot follow the courses "Introduction to Conflict Analysis and Management" and "Current Issues of War and Peace" because they overlap too much with Introduction to Conflict Analysis.

Electives that Political Science offers are, for example, ''Politics, Power and Gender'' and ''United Nations and Multilateral Diplomacy: Theory & Practice''. To participate in ''United nations and Multilateral Diplomacy: Theory & Practice'' you must be part of the United Netherlands delegation.
