Aims
By the end of this internship you will be able: 
  • to conduct practice-oriented research in a particular theological discipline;
  • to communicate to and with representives of the respective professionals fields in written and spoken form.
Content
Graduates with a MA in Theology are employed in various positions in dioceses, religious institutes, universities, museums, archives, and service centers. They work as researchers, policy advisors, journalists, teachers in schools, spiritual care givers in hospitals, chaplains in the army or prison, and pastoral workers in parishes. By signing up for the internship you take on a participatory research project in a potential career setting. Based on the principles of primacy of practice and learning by doing you enhance your practice – oriented research and communication skills, obtain (or deepen) work experience and improve employment opportunities. The internship is open as an elective to MA theology students in all four specializations.
