Many businesses operate internationally. One strategy that businesses employ to expand globally is to seek international cooperation in different markets. One of the main contributors to successful international collaborations is high-quality communication. Another important contributor to establishing contact with potential partners is attending and presenting products and services at trade fairs.
In this course, you will study different types of strategic alliances from different parts of the world, in order to be able to establish and explain the prerequisites of effective partnerships.
You will write reports, business correspondence, and press packs on the strategic alliance that you are going to establish in a team of students. You will organise and participate in meetings and negotiations with your future partners and reflect on the necessary internal and external communication strategy for your alliance.
This course is a follow-up to the International Markets English course.
