To succeed in International Business and to be able to communicate effectively in a global setting, students need to understand different markets and economies. This course introduces students to the steps involved in setting up a business in a foreign market. They will be able to identify and analyze the main cultural, economic, political and social factors that influence success. Based on their research, students will produce a Business and Communication plan and justify and defend their business idea in oral presentations.

At the end of this course, students will have a thorough understanding of the concepts of culture, communication and organization in a foreign market, especially in relation to their own product and company. Students will successfully produce articles, business and communication plans and be able to perform effectively in meetings, debates, pitches and presentations. |
