understand the challenges and issues related to the management of multinational enterprises (MNEs),

analyse the ways in which MNEs can respond to these challenges on the basis of external opportunities and internal capabilities, and

understand the implications of these responses for performance.
The course is designed with the rationale that you as a manager will be expected to analyse business environments in different countries to attain company success.
