Content
In this course, students learn how firms develop businesses though integrating the development of new products alongside the development of the organization. The course will take a process perspective drawing on business strategy, innovation management and entrepreneurship literature for which the business model canvas will serve as the main integrator. Together with the course Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Context, this course provides the content backbone of the master specialization I&E. It addresses innovation and organization development as crucial processes at the heart of the practices of developing businesses.
