Aims

Prepares students to write a thesis based on scientific research they have conducted. This research can be either applied research in the context of an organisation or fundamental research aimed at enhancing the relevant body of knowledge in the field of Organisational Design & Development.

Content
The Master's thesis is an individual research report that concludes the Master's degree programme, based on an original research project. Students choose from a set of themes within the field of Gender, Diversity and Inclusion in organizations. Within the themes, students have the freedom to specify a research topic. Research that addresses contemporary organisational challenges is encouraged in as far as it draws on theories of gender, diversity and inclusion and conforms to the customary criteria for academic work.

Students must have successfully completed all the compulsory courses in the GEM Master's programme before they are allowed to start the research for their Master's thesis.
