Content
A Master's thesis consists of an academic paper of about 40 pages. The topic of your thesis must be related to the research of the staff members of the Strategic HRM Department.

The Master's thesis is an individual academic research project. You will be supervised and coached, while conducting your research and writing your thesis, by a member of the staff with thorough expertise in the field of your study. The thesis is finalised with an oral defence, during which students defend their work.

The Master's Thesis Guide provides you with all needed information and guides you through the process.
