Objectives of the course:

- Ability to analyse and address normative challenges emerging in bioscientific research

The course addresses in an integrated manner philosophical and bioethical aspects of bioscience via lectures and assignments. The course provides a window for exploring the philosophical, ethical and societal dimensions of scientific research in biology and the life sciences. Participants are empowered to reflect on the broader implications of their work and on the impact of bioscience on our worldview.
