The Master internship is the culmination of the Master program for the physics and astronomy students. The internship can be executed by one of the research departments in physics, astronomy, and mathematical physics at the faculty of science. Alternatively, an internship conducted at an external institute, university, or company is possible.
During the internship the student will contribute to modern research advancing knowledge. The student will present their results both verbally and in writing. Through this the student shows that they acquired the relevant research skills, they are able to implement the scientific method, and conduct the research in line with the standards of scientific integrity.

After uploading your final report to https://thesissubmission.science.ru.nl/, your supervisor will receive a testimonium for grade registration by e-mail.
The internship will be evaluated on the performed research, report and oral presentation.
