Aims

To get hands-on research experience in human ERP experimental design, data acquisition, and data analyses. At the end of the course, the participant is able to set up, plan, and execute a basic human ERP experiment. In addition, the student is familiar with the ethical considerations related to human ERP research.

Content
The students will get an introduction into the practical aspects of setting up human ERP experiments by means of lectures, assignments, workshops and tutorials. The assignments include how to set up an ERP experiment, how to acquire ERP data, how to analyse the ERP data and how to present an ERP project proposal. After the course, the students can plan, set-up, and run independently a straightforward ERP experiment.
