During the internship the student acquires Artificial Intelligence relevant skills. In many occasions these skills are directly relevant for the Research Project (MKI92) but this is not required. Examples of internship projects are; working in a research lab assisting with an ongoing project to learn skills on experimental or anlaysis techniques (e.g. fMRI experiments), working in a company to learning skills about how to turn an idea into a sellable product or to learn how current AI techniques are applied in real business contexts.
The internship can be done within the AI department, other academic departments at the Radboud University or a different university, or a company or non-academic institute. It is also an option to go abroad to perform one's internship.
More information about the procedures, project options, possible supervisors, evaluation criteria, etc. for the Master Internship are available on brightspace.
