Upon completion of this course you will be able to:
Give an overview of the commonly used terminology and methods used in psychology to carry out and report on empirical research.
Identify advantages and disadvantages of various research methods used to answer psychological research questions.
Using this knowledge, recognise the basic methodological features of a simple existing study, and describe and assess them.
Describe a new study on a basic level, set it up and evaluate it, while making correct use of this knowledge.
