- You can analyse the work situation and health of an individual in the context of their job by making use of specific instruments.
- You can administer a questionnaire, and score it. On the basis of your analysis of the data, you can set up an interview protocol and conduct an interview.
- You can assemble a clear and correct report in accordance with APA standards, distinguishing primary issues from subsidiary ones, separating facts from opinions, clearly indicating relationships at a basic level.
- You can reflect on the quality of the research you have done and name the aspects that could be improved (scientist practitioner).

The course Behaviour and environment 2 consists of 2 courses: part A (4EC) and part B (1EC). These two courses are offered simultaneously, course part B is the practical assignment ‘Work and Health Analysis’ for this course.
In this practical assignment you will start creating a work and health analysis. This will subsequently enable you to learn how to use several important diagnostic instruments within W&O psychology, how to assess and evaluate occupational risks and how to report on the subsequent findings in a professional manner.
