Vanuit FNWI is Willem Halffman betrokken.
Onderwerp
“SOIL – Library of Science, Huygens building Soil, though often concealed by pavement, buildings, and grass, can help us rethink our relationships to the natural world — if only we choose to see it as a web of relations connecting us to a variety of non-human actors, instead of a resource to optimize and exploit. This exhibition aims to explore this switch in perspectives.
WATER – Central University Library Water is a sustainer for life, shapes landscapes, and connects animals and humans on our planet—but it also divides, destroys, and challenges us. The exhibition ‘Go with the flow’ explores the dual nature of water through multiple themes, from its role as a life-giving force to its impact as an unpredictable power. Flow with us through stories of disaster, innovation and resilience as we navigate the relationship between water and human life.”
