I. Chupina (Irina)

Having a background in clinical linguistics, I am interested in investigating neural reorganisation of language after stroke and, in particular, the role of the contralesional hemisphere in functional compensation. To help me study the neural underpinnings of language in the brain, I am going to use electrophysiological approaches such as EEG and MEG.

My supervisor is Dr Vitória Piai, head of the Language Function and Dysfunction Lab at the Donders Centre for Cognition.
