I am a historian and philosopher of logic specializing on the late medieval Latin tradition.
I am especially interested in theories of consequences, modal semantics, and in the relationship between logic, mathematics and the natural sciences in the premodern period.
I am currently the PI of the ERC Starting Grant i² – "The Impossible and the Imaginable: Late-Medieval Semantics of Impossibility and the Roots of Complex Mathematics" (2023-2028).
