**NEWS**
We are currently collecting donations to support research into high sensitivity (HSP/SPS) and how it affects health and well-being. Donations via the Radboud Fund, a recognised charitable foundation, go directly to sensitivity research. Help us raise awareness, advance science and create evidence-based solutions for those who experience the world more intensely.

Prof. Dr. Corina Greven is a psychologist and Chair in Environmental Sensitivity in Health at Radboud university medical center. She obtained her BSc (Hons) in Psychology from University College London (2007), followed by an MSc and PhD in Social, Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry from King’s College London (2008, 2011).

Her research focuses on fundamental differences in sensitivity to environmental stimuli, examining how heightened sensitivity to both negative and positive environments affects health and flourishing. A key aim is to understand how to prevent overstimulation—for example, through mindfulness-based approaches.

She takes a transdisciplinary approach, integrating research on traits and mental health conditions related to environmental sensitivity—such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and the personality trait Sensory Processing Sensitivity—forming an innovative niche in the field. Studying these constructs together offers deeper insight than examining them in isolation.

Prof. Greven has received funding from organisations including Horizon 2020, MIND Netherlands, and the Dutch Research Council (NWO), and contributes to the EU-AIMS-2-TRIALS network. She has supervised 10+ PhD candidates and received several scientific awards, including the Kramer-Pollnow Young Investigator Award for ADHD research. She collaborates with Karakter Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
