Kristina Lauche studies how pursue change who do not have formal power within and beyond organisations. She has investigated such processes in the context of technology development, sustainability, healthcare, and creative industries.
She is the academic lead for Organisation Science of FRAIM, a network organisation committed to transdisciplinary research for shaping the future of physical work.
