My current research focuses on multivariate dynamics in emotional processes (e.g., emotion differentiation, emotion transition, and emotion regulation variability). I approach these questions at the intersection of theoretical significance, clinical relevance, and methodological advancement. I make use of intensive longitudinal data from different population to explore the above in developmentally and clinically relevant perspectives. Prior to my research role, I was a clinical psychologist in a maximum security prison in Hong Kong.
