Dr. Pepijn van de Pol is a teacher and researcher at the department of Work and Organizational Psychology and Behavioural Science Institute.

Pepijn's research area is sport- and performance psychology and focuses on the investigation of motivation, learning and performance within and across achievement settings with emphasis on applications of contemporary theories of motivation, and particularly Achievement Goal Theory and Self-Determination Theory.
