dr. A.A.J. Smits (Armand)

Armand Smits is Assistant Professor of Organisational Change and Design at Radboud University. He received his Ph.D. from the same university. Previously he was affiliated with Maastricht University and Eindhoven University of Technology.

Currently his research focus is on private/self-regulation in and across organizations in the context of sustainability transitions. He is also interested in configurational theorizing and methods of analysis, primarily fsQCA.
