C. Tian (Ci) MSc

Hi, I’m Ci Tian, a PhD candidate in Social Innovation at Radboud University in the Netherlands. My research explores governance networks and social innovation, with a particular emphasis on Taiwanese Indigenous communities.

With an academic foundation in political science and social informatics, I bring diverse experience from roles in both government and nonprofit sectors, where I engaged directly with public policy formulation, economic development strategies, and intellectual property issues. Prior to my doctoral studies, I served as a project manager at a nonprofit organization in Taiwan, actively contributing to nonprofit sector development and pioneering social enterprise initiatives.

My goal is to utilize my expertise in governance networks and social innovation to facilitate impactful policy advancements and support sustainable community-driven initiatives. I am keenly interested in collaboration opportunities that bridge governmental structures with innovative social solutions.
