I am currently investigating the neural systems supporting communicative language, gesture, and action: at a behavioural level, I want to know how we produce and comprehend communicative cues in others. At the level of neural systems, I want to know how the brain computes these cues, which cues are necessary, and how these cues is differentiate communicative from non-communicative gestures or language.
