Ami Xiaolei,Wang is a PhD student of the Marie Curie ITN Program FINDER, a competitive research grant by the European Commission working in Strategy and Innovation at the Department of Business Administration of Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Ami Xiaolei is also part of the team of the Radboud Centre for Organization Restructuring.
The FINDER program has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant agreement No 813095. The research and training program is driven by a collaboration of Radboud University and Atos, teaming up in this trajectory over a period of four years.

Ami Xiaolei holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Financial Econometrics from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master degree in Finance from the Smith School of Business of Queen’s University. Prior to her study in the United States, Ami Xiaolei worked as a senior financial analyst for a leading biological company in China where she developed a strong interest in financial technology for future sustainable development.

Her research focuses on effective strategies for enhanced social payoff under digital transformation and revolves around the following research lines:

• What are the roles, challenges and opportunities for incumbent firms and newcomers for a sustainable transition to digital technologies?

• How can organisations overcome struggles over the meaning of sustainability, within and across organisational fields, as the digital ecosystem unfolds?
