L.T.C.M. Groenendaal-van Weert (Lisa) PhD

As postdoc coordinator, I am the key contact person for the postdoc community of the Donders Institute. My aim is to ensure that our postdoc colleagues feel valued in their research work and are supported in their personal as well as career development.

Responsibilities include: supporting the postdoc council, organising onboarding, acting as sparring partner, providing structure in the offered training, creating visibility on career paths, and developing postdoc and alumni policy.

Specific projects I am involved in are our peercoaching and mobility exchange programmes.
