HR-officers/-advisors
Every faculty or institute has several HR-officers/-advisors, whom you can consult with questions regarding your appointment, career, development and training and various other questions related to your contractual obligations and rights.
PhD candidate coordinator/ PhD candidate dean
Several faculties or institutes have a coordinator or dean for all PhD candidate-related affairs. The coordinator or dean acts as the go-to person for PhD candidates and in some cases conducts initial and progress interviews. Coaching and career counselling
If things are not going well in your PhD project or if you feel you need some external advice (for instance regarding your career), you can contact the university's Staff Development Team. There you will find a (career) coach who can give you specific, tailor-made counselling throughout your PhD project.

Department of Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Service
