Radboud political scientists Joep Boonekamp-van Lit, Kristof Jacobs and Gaard Kets speak at Grondfest on citizen participation, doing democracy and autocratic backsliding

Nijmegen will be hosting the Grondfest on 30 September and 1 October. The festival involves lectures, debate, music and art. You can also take part in discussions about the quality of democracy in the Netherlands and how to improve it. Our own Joep Boonekamp-van Lit, Kristof Jacobs and Gaard Kets speak at the Grondfest about citizen participation, doing democracy, and autocratic backsliding.

- It's time for doing democracy! With Mathijs van de Sande & Gaard Kets on Saturday 1 October at 14.00 in Lindenberg Cultuurhuis, Valkhofzaal.
- Autocratic backsliding with Joep Boonekamp-van Lit on Saturday 1 October at 14.00-14.30 in Lux, room 6.
