Serge van der Slot

SergeSerge van der Slot is a PhD student at the Department of Social Law (Research Centre Business & Law). He is working on a doctoral thesis on more fundamental research into the tenability of the uniform employment contract as established in 1907. The key question is whether today's more heterogeneous group of workers requires differentiation of this still uniform contract according to the need for inequality compensation and what role the social position of the worker plays in this.

Serge graduated in Dutch Law, specialising in Labour Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
