PON-OR

The PON-OR faction discussed with the Executive Board the topic of insufficient communication regarding breastfeeding arrangements for young mothers, and the lack of a university-wide policy allowing working time compensation for the same.

This subject was brought to our attention through an open letter from a concerned PhD candidate mother.

The Executive Board thus agreed to work on a policy for this. We appreciate the Executive Board's serious and positive response on the matter. We would also like to improve the communication on this topic to new parents, and we will send suggestions to the Executive Board regarding this.
