University Library

The University Library has a couple of buildings across campus. There is a Central Library, as well as six smaller faculty libraries. In the Central Library, a broad collection of books, magazines, and reference books are available for the relevant fields of study.

In the Radboud University online Catalogue you can find at which library you can find a particular book or magazine. At all the library locations, a large number of study spaces are available for students to study in peace.

Borrowing study materials

Students can borrow books from the University Library for free with their student ID card, and they can be returned at any one of the six locations on campus. The magazines can be consulted in the libraries themselves. In the Central Library, many books and magazines are stored that students are not allowed to take from the shelves themselves. Via the Radboud University online catalogue, you can submit a request to have a staff member of the library collect the book and have it ready for you to pick up at the desk.

Opening hours

Most of the libraries on campus are open six days a week, also in the evenings. The Central Library is also open on Sundays.
