Student Service Desk (SSD)

Students can go to the Student Service Desk for all study- and education-related questions, including questions regarding the study programmes. Students have the opportunity to walk in and ask their questions on site, as well as taking care of administrative matters such as:

• Making appointments with student advisors;
• Get information regarding study programmes, regulations, and other services for students at the Faculty of Science;
• Questions about exams and other exam- and education-related matters.

Opening hours:
Monday till Thursday: 10 am – 4 pm
Friday: 10 am – 2 pm

The SSD is closed between Christmas and New Year's Day and from July 16 - 27 2018. From July 30 - August 10, the SSD is open from 10 am - 2 pm.
