In order to assure the quality of the programme, courses are evaluated digitally by the Institute. The choice of the courses to be evaluated is discussed every year and determined by the Director of the Institute.
Digital evaluation forms for a course or a semester are published at the end of a course or after the first examination on the course's Blackboard page concerned or through the Blackboard organisation of that semester.
The Institute attaches great importance to these evaluations. Therefore, their results are submitted to the Programme Committees for discussion and lecturers are requested to use the information for reflection on the course. The Examination Board and the Director of the Institute also inspect the evaluations. Where necessary, improvements are implemented. The data, together with the performance data, are incorporated in the annual report that is established in its final form by the Programme Committee.
Summaries of the evaluations and a reaction of the lecturer involved are published on the intranet environment of the programma. This way, students have access to the results of their evaluations and can see how they are applied!
