- The student has advanced and up-to-date knowledge and relevant insight in scientific questions concerning social inequality, cohesion and cultural diversity in comparative social research.
- The student has advanced and up-to-date knowledge and relevant insight in research designs and quantitative or qualitative research methods in comparative social research.
Research and communication skills
- The student is principally qualified to further an academic career and to persue a PhD position in the social sciences.
Academic attitudes and learning skills
- The students demonstrates the ambition to become an independent researcher in the social sciences and to comprehensively study relevant scientific materials to gain information on relevant and up-to-date developments in the social sciences as regards to social inequality, cohesion and cultural diversity.
