a = Monday/Tuesday contact hours, time for self study or exam (final week) on Wednesdays
b = Thursday/Friday contact hours, time for self study on Wednesdays.
Exceptions are courses MED-BMS11 (BROK) and MED-BMS12 (Radiation safety). Those courses are only 1.5 ECTS and rely on self study and contact hours on Wednesdays. MED-BMS11 will be scheduled in an eight week period (4 hours/week) and MED-BMS12 will be scheduled in a four week period (8 hours/week). Please keep this study load in account when subscribing for courses. Although it is possible to subscribe for three simultaneous courses (mo/tu, wed and thu/fri), this will result in a study load of approximately 50 hours a week and is therefore not advisable for all students.
