Anna participated in 2016 and 2019

Anna Kochurova works as an Instititutional Coordinator for Erasmus+ and Academic Exchange Programmes at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Before I joined Radboud’s International Staff Training Week in 2016 and 2019. I had already participated in staff training activities at other universities, e.g. in Krakow, Zagreb and Granada. It not only helped me master the basic principles and methods of programme implementation, but also taught me more about fellow-partner institutions and contributed to mutual good reports with these universities.

The long-lasting, productive partnership with Radboud University was the reason I decided to register for the ISTW in Nijmegen. In the registration process I very much appreciated the dedicated and professional, but also informal, way of communication of the ISTW-organisation.

For me the Radboud ISTW was the right place to gain experience. I really liked how the trainings were structured, and enjoyed working in working groups for specific assignments. Iwas also struck by the practical application of the theme sustainability throughout the Radboud staff training week.

The essence of the programme for me was bringing professionals together in order to broaden horizons and this way help solve problems from different perspectives. I found it very inspiring to look at my own work from the outside.
