In this tailor-made course, you learn to handle your tension so that you can stand and speak confidently and assuredly in front of a group.

Content and method
Relaxed public speaking is central to this tailor-made training. The starting point of this course is a realistic presentation. In the following sessions, we will hone your presentation skills and you will benefit from useful tips. With various techniques and exercises, you will learn how to present with greater confidence for both large and small groups.
