Questions frequently asked by people who are following a civic integration programme

Here are the answers to the two most frequently asked questions. You will find a comprehensive document containing frequently asked questions (in Dutch, English and Arabic) further below.

Do you have a DUO loan for civic integration?

If so, your books can be paid for using this loan. The confirmation will provide details of how this works exactly.

Civic integration through distance learning when corona measures apply

Many language institutes now offer online lessons, rather than lessons in the classroom.
This is allowed by the Ministry, if the school follows the rules.
DUO also pays for the online lessons, if the school follows the rules.
These are the rules of the Ministry. You can read these rules on the DUO website.
Radboud in’to Languages’ online Dutch language courses also follow these rules.
So, you do not have to worry about DUO not paying for your lessons.
However, please note that the hours of online lessons do not count for a statement of hours.
If you still have questions about the online lessons or about your DUO loan, please do not hesitate to contact us.
